WARRANTY POLICY

At SOYUZ Hockey, we design and build our sticks for real on-ice performance, and we stand behind every product we sell. Below you will find our official limited stick warranty, as well as our return and exchange policy for unused, undamaged merchandise. All policies apply exclusively to purchases made directly through soyuzhockey.com.

Limited Hockey Stick Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in original sticks under normal playing conditions, and is valid for the original purchaser only.

Coverage 

l Warranty Period: 30 days from the order delivery date.

l Covered Defects: Breaks in the shaft or blade caused by manufacturing flaws, including delamination, spontaneous cracking, or breakage occurring during normal shots or passes with no abnormal impact.

l Warranty Remedy: One (1) single replacement stick free of charge. No cash refunds are issued under this warranty.

l Eligibility Note: Damage must prevent normal use of the stick. Cosmetic or minor defects that do not impact performance are not eligible for warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover breaks or damage resulting from:

l Impact with another player, skate blades, goal posts, or the boards

Intentional striking against the ice, boards, or net

l Use on concrete, asphalt, dek hockey surfaces, or any non-ice surface

l Sticks cut below the minimum recommended length, modified, heated, altered, or repaired by a third party

l Exposure to open flame, extreme heat, or prolonged outdoor elements

l Normal wear and tear, and all cosmetic damage including scratches, paint chips, and grip wear

Additionally, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

l Used or resold sticks from third parties

l Promotional or demonstration products

l Replacement sticks issued under a prior warranty claim

l Team or bulk sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Claim Requirements

All claims must be submitted within the 30-day warranty window and include all of the following. Incomplete or missing information will result in delayed processing or claim rejection.

1. Your SOYUZ order number (found in your order confirmation email);

2. A photograph of the shaft serial number, with the break point visible in the same image;

3. A full photograph of the entire stick, laid horizontally, clearly showing the break;

4. A brief description of how the break occurred.

Note: An illegible or missing serial number will result in automatic claim rejection.

Claim Process

1. Submit your full claim via email to support@soyuzsport.com with all required materials attached.

2. Our team will review your submission and verify eligibility.

3. If approved, we will ship a replacement stick of the same model and specifications. If the exact model is unavailable, SOYUZ reserves the right to provide a comparable model of equal or greater value.

4. SOYUZ may require the return of the defective stick prior to shipping the replacement, or request that you retain the broken stick for up to 90 days for inspection purposes.

Additional Warranty Terms

l Replacement sticks are not covered by a new warranty. This warranty is limited to one single replacement per original stick purchase.

l SOYUZ Hockey retains sole discretion to determine whether a break qualifies as a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any individual who, in our reasonable judgment, misuses our products or this policy.

l No third party is authorized to modify, extend, or expand the terms of this warranty.

l This limited warranty is in addition to applicable statutory consumer protection rights and does not replace or limit them in any way.
