SOYUZ Hockey Warranty Policy

SOYUZ Hockey is dedicated to delivering elite performance and reliable value to hockey players worldwide. Our product lineup includes the HIT ULTRA, CLASSIC, MASTER FRST, LORD Goalie series, and the stealth-inspired BLACKOUT Collection.


Retail Product Warranty Statement

SOYUZ offers select retail sticks with a full manufacturer warranty. All qualifying breakage incidents are eligible for free replacement or return, provided they meet the “Qualifies as a Break” criteria below. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


Qualifies as a Break

Damage that qualifies for warranty or partial replacement credit includes:

• A complete break in the shaft or blade
• A structural crack in the shaft or blade that makes the stick unusable


Does NOT Qualify as a Break

The following are considered normal wear or play-related characteristics and do not qualify:

• Surface marks, scuffs, or cosmetic scratches
• Minor chips on the blade or shaft
• Blade softness without structural failure
• Loss of stiffness or flex fatigue
• Outer-layer cracking not penetrating the carbon fiber structure


Warranty Claim Requirements

Customers must provide documented proof of breakage within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Claims without valid photo evidence within this period will be denied.

Required photo documentation:

  1. Two clear images of the break or damaged area

  2. A photo of the stick specifications on the name bar (example: P92 75 Flex, or custom label)

  3. A photo of the print code, serial number, URL marking, or SOYUZ identifier on the back of the shaft

  4. For shaft breakage, both pieces of the stick must be visible in the photos


Policy Notes

• Replacement or credit value depends on evaluation of breakage
• All warranty evaluations are conducted by SOYUZ Hockey only
• Replacement product availability may vary
• SOYUZ Hockey retains final authority over all warranty decisions


SOYUZ Hockey Return & Exchange Policy

SOYUZ Hockey remains committed to premium product experience and transparent service policies.

New Products Purchased Online

Eligibility requirements:

• 30-day refund or exchange for unused, unaltered items in original packaging with all labels attached
• Sticks must be untaped and uncut to remain eligible
• Exchanges must be equal or lesser value, or the customer pays the difference
• After 30 days, products are no longer eligible for refund or credit
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• For qualified exchanges, SOYUZ Hockey covers outbound shipping of the replacement item

Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Used or modified items (taped, cut, or visibly used) will be returned to the customer with no refund.

Policy Clarifications

• SOYUZ Hockey may decline returns that do not meet these requirements
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless specified in writing
• Store credits are digital, non-refundable, and non-transferable


SOYUZ Hockey Damaged or Broken in Transit Policy

Although all orders are carefully packaged, damage during shipping may occur due to courier handling. We will assist you promptly to resolve any incident efficiently.

If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged

Contact SOYUZ Hockey immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours recommended). Prompt reporting preserves eligibility for courier claims.

Required photographic documentation:

  1. Packaging displaying visible damage

  2. Clear images of the product damage

  3. A full-product photo

  4. Shipping label attached to the package

Once evidence is received, the support team will coordinate with the carrier to provide a suitable solution or replacement as quickly as possible.
