Stick Delivery
We understand that oftentimes you may need a stick right away. Therefore, we strive to get sticks packaged and sent out as quickly as possible! This is continually our focus and our fulfillment time has never been quicker and more responsive.
If there are any questions or concerns, we will phone the customer right away. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
SOYUZ, as a hockey stick brand, is pleased to serve customers across North America, worldwide, and specifically guarantees a 7-day delivery timeframe for orders within Canada. Sticks are mainly shipped via UPS & FedEx—partnering with these two of the world’s largest couriers allows us to leverage their enhanced reliability and flexibility, ensuring customers receive their sticks as fast as possible.
Hockey sticks pose unique shipping challenges due to their inherent length and awkward shape. Shipping a single stick tends to be costly, yet the cost remains nearly the same when shipping 2, 3, 4, or 5 sticks. Therefore, we generally apply the following flat shipping rates (within most areas of the United States and Canada):
- For an enhanced user experience, SOYUZ offers free shipping.
- It is important to note that for any return or exchange requests not caused by product quality issues, the associated costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Please note:
- The flat rate does not cover the full cost of most shipments.
- Some areas are not serviced by FedEx/UPS, so we will ship via USPS (for the U.S.) or Canada Post (for Canada) instead.
- Most orders are shipped the next business day. The advertised shipping time for your selected service reflects the typical timeline after the courier has picked up the package. You will receive a notification once your item is packaged, and another when it has been scanned in by the courier.
Free Shipping Eligible Items
To qualify for Free Shipping on eligible items, you only need to meet a minimum order threshold of $100. This can be achieved by purchasing either one or multiple Free Shipping Eligible items. Once the threshold is met, you may add other non-Free Shipping Eligible items to your order while still enjoying the Free Shipping benefit.
Please be advised: Free Shipping is applied as a $20 discount on shipping costs. It cannot be combined with other discount codes, loyalty codes, or “bundle and save” discounts. Entering an additional discount code will override your Free Shipping eligibility, so we recommend you compare which option—Free Shipping or your exclusive discount code—saves you more money before finalizing your order.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustment Policy
Occasionally, our already great deals become even better when we run temporary sales or implement permanent price drops. Below is our policy regarding post-purchase price adjustments:
Not Eligible for Price Adjustments:
- Pro Stock Sticks & Gear: Due to limited supply and high demand, pro stock items are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.
- Low Inventory Items: If the item you purchased was among the last in stock at the time of your order, we do not offer a price adjustment. Securing the item by purchasing early ensures availability, which we consider a fair tradeoff.
Eligible for Price Adjustments:
- Retail Products: If a regularly stocked retail item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, and we still have a reasonable amount of inventory left, we will honor the sale price and refund you the difference.
- Closeout Items: Price adjustments for closeout products may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on current inventory levels.
Additional Terms:
- All price adjustment requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase is required to process your request.
- All adjustments are subject to inventory availability and the brand’s discretion.
